ANNUAL CITY CULTURE & INDUSTRY FESTIVAL · ORDOS
Empowering the city through culture · Driving industry through innovation · Growing the future through ecology.
CITY CULTURE & INDUSTRY INNOVATION PLATFORM
The “Co-creating a Warm City, Seeing the Future Together” 2026 Bayin Mengke Culture Festival & Ordos City Culture and Industry Innovation Conference was held on 7–9 August 2026 at Huishengyuan Plaza, Dongsheng District, Ordos.
Rooted in Mongol-Yuan culture, ethnic performance, a city market, industry competitions, youth entrepreneurship and public-welfare actions converged in one shared public space. More than a corporate event, it is the public showcase window for the Group’s three core industries and five business groups — a platform for co-building the city’s ecosystem that keeps growing year after year.

SACRED FIRE · PERFORMING ARTS
The festival traces its spirit to the sacred-fire heritage of Genghis Khan. The flame collection, torch relay and lighting ceremony translate the Mongolian reverence for fire into a contemporary narrative every visitor can feel.
Mongolian song and dance, ethnic instrumental music and traditional rituals take to the stage in turn — tradition meets the present, offering a contemporary expression of Mongol-Yuan culture to the world.
COMPETITIONS
For young designers and brand entrepreneurs: one Gold Award, one Best Brand Creativity Award, one Market Choice Award, and five Rising Star Awards.
Focused on dairy and snack innovation: one Gold Award, one Most Popular Dairy Product Award, and three Rising Star Awards. The two competitions together awarded one Bayin Mengke Leadership Award.
The professional jury included Chen Haisheng (President of the China Chapter of the French Gourmet Association, Michelin three-star chef), Ji Jianye (Chair of the China Chapter of the World Hotel Association), Chair Sa of the Chahar Dairy Food Association of Zhenglan Banner, Xilingol League, Chair Ye of Hong Kong Asia-Pacific Financial Investment, and Dr. Bai Mei of the College of Food Science and Engineering, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University. The Future Dairy & Snack Innovation Challenge received dedicated coverage in Dairy Times.

MARKET · CULTURAL CREATION
36 brand merchants gathered at Huishengyuan Plaza: the Cuisine business’s specialty foods, ethnic dining, intangible-heritage crafts and cultural products. A stamp-collection trail wove booths, competitions and performances into one city roaming route.
The Group’s own IP “MeeDo” came to life through cultural products such as its signature backpack — turning every visitor into a participant and storyteller of the festival.

INDUSTRY · CITY
Energy, Food & Cuisine, and Education & Urban Development — together with the five business groups — presented the true face of a modern energy industry group to the public.
From ecological restoration at green mines to public life beneath the city lights, the festival brings industrial strength out of the compound and into the crowd — part of the city’s character.
