Husheng Logistics is the logistics operating unit subordinate to the International Trade Group. Inner Mongolia Husheng Logistics Co., Ltd. began operations in May 2017; the Group invested RMB 300 million in its smart-logistics platform, advancing bulk-to-container conversion and digital dry ports, integrating third-party transport capacity and opening the bulk-logistics artery of “mine — dry port — rail/road — port — end user.” Pre-IPO preparation began in 2023.
